Firearms Permits
In order to obtain a Firearms Identification Card and/or a Firearm, you must meet eligibility requirements and comply with the Statutes which govern firearms purchases in the State of New Jersey. All firearms applications for residents of the Township of Manalapan are handled through the Office of Captain Jeff Morrell. For questions related to firearms applications contact Lt. (ret) Lloyd Drucker at 732 446 8372.
Prior to coming to the police department, please complete the application for firearms purchaser idendification card and the consent for mental health records search form by clicking the links on the right. Both forms are fillable PDF forms and will only be accepted if typed. DO NOT sign the consent for mental health records search form.
