Reports & Complaints

Police Reports

Police reports are obtained at the records window from 8:30 pm to 4:30 pm. 

Depending on the type of report requested, identification may be requested from the person picking up the report. 

Criminal Complaints

People wishing to sign private complaints are required to fill out a probable cause affidavit. 

If the court does not deem that there is probable cause for the charge, the complaint will not be served. 

A police officer or the court can explain this process to the complainant.
